You can cancel your order from my accounts page by logging in to your account. Orders can be cancelled only within an hour of placing it. After one hour, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1 business days to cancel the order and to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. Your refund will be processed soon after we cancel the order. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

Just Click on My Account > Dashboard Tab on Menu. Then click on Lost your password?, and enter your e-mail ID which you have given while ordering and then click Reset Password. You will receive a password reset link on your e-mail. Set new password and then login from My Account Tab.
